‘Group sessions will keep you motivated and on track each week’

WHAT DOES IT INVOLVE?

Group sessions offer the opportunity to train with other like-minded people whilst giving you individual technical points to work on.

JUNIOR SWIMMING

  • Chorley Leisure Centre, Wednesdays 7-8am
  • Swimmers must be part of a swim club already and therefore able to swim all 4 strokes competently
  • Ability will be assessed before a place is offered
  • This session is specifically aimed at improving freestyle technique and fitness for pool-based and open water triathlons
  • Swimmers must be aged 11-16
  • This session currently has a wait list.  Please get in touch to add your name to the list

 

SENIOR SWIMMING

  • Brinscall Swimming Pool, Wednesdays 6-7pm
  • Swimmers must be able to swim 400m continuously
  • This session is specifically aimed at improving freestyle technique and fitness for pool-based and open water triathlons
  • Swimmers must be aged 16+

 

OTHER GROUP SESSIONS

  • Would you like a one-off group training session?
  • Perhaps your triathlon club would like to set up a new group session led by Katie?
  • Sessions can be arranged for either swimming, cycling or running
  • Groups sizes should be 2-10 people
  • Please get in touch to discuss your ideas
